LCG-3000 moving mirror goniophotometer is one of the mirror goniophotometers recommended in CIE No.70, and meets requirements of the standard LM79 for SSL measurements by US Energy Star certification. In this system, the position of tested luminaires is fixed and the mirror rotates around the photometric center of the tested luminaire. It ensure the lighting always be reflected into the detector vertically and to eliminate the effect of stray lights as the same time.

    The detector is used to measure spatial intensity distribution of large size luminaires, narrow beam luminaires and high intensity indoor/outdoor luminaires and lighting source, meeting the requirements of Energy Star, NVLAP, ERP, ESP to the luminaries’ photometric characteristic testing, including spatial luminous intensity distribution and chroma distribution curves, luminous intensity distribution curve in any section(can be displayed by rectangular coordinates or polar coordinates ), illuminance distribution curve, luminance limit curve, utilization coefficient curve, luminaire efficiency, glare rating, effective light-emitting angle, upward light ratio, downward light ratio, total luminous flux, effective luminous flux, and electrical parameters (power, power factor, voltage, current), etc. The measured data can be saved in many formats such as IESNA 95/2001, CIE, EULUMDAT, CIBSE-TM14, etc.
