Different from traditional transient thermal resistance measuring method, adopting advanced structure function method testing, the new technology can measure the junction temperature of the components to be tested in real time as time changes; the sample interval is 1 μs; with the testing time short, testing data point dense and the SNR of test data higher, the junction temperature measurement precision is 0.1 ℃.
